Thematic training of Curriculum Ideology and Politics was held by Teachers' Teaching Development Center and School of Food and Bioengineering in A302 on Nov. 17, 2022. Professor Liu Huixia from the School of Mechanical Engineering was invited to give a lecture, and Zhou Cunshan, the vice dean of the school, presided over the training. More than twenty teachers from the school of food and bioengineering and other schools participated in this training.

    At the training meeting, Professor Liu Huixia elaborated the understanding of moral cultivation and ideological and political construction of the course with a theme of "Adhering to Moral Cultivation and Promoting Ideological and political Construction of the Course -- Thinking on the ideological and political Construction of the Metalworking course Group Course". In addition, she explained how to mine the curriculum ideology and political elements and how to carry out curriculum ideological and political teaching design. Finally, she suggested young teachers to choose the appropriate moral education elements and skillfully integrate them into the courses, and don’t copy the curriculum for ideological and political reasons. Professor Liu Huixia's profound and simple lectures have aroused strong resonance. 

    This thematic training of Curriculum Ideology and Politics is helpful to improve teachers' consciousness of cultivating morality and cultivating people and enhance their teaching ability of curriculum ideology and politics.
