On May 28th, the check of teaching ability of young assistants for the College of Physics and Electronics was held in Room 301 of the ShiJian Lou. The college invited Wei Feng, the director of the teaching department of college physics, Chenguang Xu, the director of the physical experiment center, and Xuefu Shang, the deputy director of the department of microelectronics, to judge the result. Hongxiang Sun, the vice president of the college, was in charge of the whole check.
First of all, Hongxiang Sun emphasized the importance of the check of the teaching ability of the young assistants. Afterwards, Yongliang Hao, a young teacher from the physics department who is about to finish the training period of the teaching assistant, shared his outstanding teaching performance. Finally, the judges provided opinions and suggestions, and urged the young teaching assistants to further deal with existing problems and to get fully prepared for the real teaching.
The check and acceptance work not only efficiently ensured the training performance of young assistants, but also played as a promoting role in enhancing the teaching skills and proficiency of them.
