Li Yixin, Associate Professor of the School of Management, opened an ideological and political demonstration open class at 119 Sanshan Building, on May 19. More than 20 young teachers attended the demonstration class.
Mr. Li stresses the importance of whether the students can apply what they learn in class into practice. The class began with a student presentation, and Mr. Li gave comments on his performance. The new chapter was introduced with a brief review. The course teaching is based on the teaching materials and has been expanded. Mr. Li reminded the students what is expanded and why he spent time explaining the knoledge, through which he helped students master the textbook knowledge better.
Li is humorous. He is good at explaining professional terms with examples in sudents’ daily life, and guiding students to think actively and interact with each other. Mr. Li did not speak much truth in class, but his rigorous scholarship and nurturing attitude were reflected in his teaching process, which imperceptibly guided and influenced students.This open class is also a rare learning opportunity for young teachers. After class teachers gave positive feedback and said they learnt a lot.
