In order to implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the Conference on Undergraduate Education in the New Era, respond to the call for comprehensive national construction and improve the level of teachers' informatization teaching ability. In the afternoon of June 17, the School of Physics and Electricity held the first teachers' informatization teaching competition in 301 of the Practice Building. The judges of the competition were Sun Hongxiang, Vice President, Feng Xu, Yu Xiaozhu, Shi Lijuan and Shang Xuefu, deputy directors of each department in charge of teaching, and young teachers from the assistant teaching training period of the college observed the competition.
Three teachers participated in the competition after their own registration and recommendation by their departments. The participating teachers focused on their professional knowledge, closely combined the basic physics theory and experiment with information technology teaching methods, and carefully produced a 40-minute video. The video focused on the application of digital resources and information technology teaching methods, was carefully designed, focused on teaching concepts and teaching method innovation, fully used information technology to solve teaching difficulties, highlighted teaching priorities, clear teaching ideas, clear and smooth expression, in-depth, logical and rigorous, the wonderful teaching video won the unanimous praise of the judges.
After careful evaluation by the judges, Mr. Jia Ding from the Experimental Centre won the first prize and was recommended to participate in the school competition, while Mr. Niu Xianfeng from the Department of Physics and Mr. Ge Yong from the Department of Physics won the second prize. Through this informatization teaching competition, it further enhanced the awareness of the application of informatization teaching of teachers in the whole college, effectively cultivated the innovative teaching concept of young teachers, and comprehensively improved the teaching ability and business level of our teachers.
