School of Management successfully held an open class on how to implement ideological and political education in college. The open class was delivered by Mr. Bai Guanglin. More than 20 teachers from School of Management and other schools attended.
Mr. Bai believes that a teacher plays an important role in helping students develop the right value, grow to be a person who is proud of our country. By taking the course organizational behavior as an example, he shared his experience in how to successfully integrate ideological and political education into class teaching. It is not so difficult to implement ideological and political education, as long as we put emphasis on students’ self-development. The teachers present had a discussion and shared their opinions on this topic.
Besides telling what and how the students should learn, every teacher should also think about how to help students grow to be a person who loves the country. This open class enlightened teachers present on how to better implement ideological and political education.
