School of Management successfully held an open class, working to integrate political and ideological elements into education. The open class was hosted by Ms. Hu Guilan. Young teachers from School of Management attended.
Ms. Hu thoroughly explained the factors that make a successful team. Showing students successful cases of teamwork, she helped students realize the power of a team, and the relationship between a team and its members.
Nowadays, to cooperate with others is an essential ability. Ms. Hu pointed out that in a successful team every member can do what he is good at, and all members are perfect partners to each other. Working with others in a team will help people realize what they can do and how they should do to achieve their goal. Students should work to develop their teamwork ability.
