Drawing on the mature experience and practice of colleges and universities at home and abroad, making full use of quality resources both within and outside Jiangsu University, build an operation mode and a working mechanism corresponding to the JSU reality and manifesting the JSU characteristics, putting priority on the construction of the following four teaching development platforms:
 （I）Mengxi Teachers Training Park
  As a teachers teaching training platform, “Mengxi Teachers Training Park” gathers education specialists and famous teachers at home and abroad, sponsors high-quality lectures by renowned professors and organizes special reports and so on, disseminating modern educational philosophy, broadening international teaching horizon; and, by integrating quality resources within and outside JSU together, carries out training programs like teaching skills, teaching & research methods, helping teachers make rational plans concerning their teaching career, master necessary teaching skills and education technology and improve their teaching ability.
 （II） Sanjiang Teachers Speaking Garden
  As a teaching exchange and display platform, “Sanjiang Teachers Speaking Garden” organizes teaching salons, teachers’ teaching contests, open classes, teaching seminars and other activities, displays demonstration videos, excellent teaching cases and other quality teaching resources, and carries out regional cooperation and forms a sharing system.
 （III）Sanshan Teachers Evaluation Platform
  As a teaching capacity evaluation and consultation platform, “Sanshan Teachers Evaluation Platform,” by visiting classes, commenting classes, examination, informal discussions and other flexible means, checks, examines, evaluates and exchanges teachers’, especially young teachers’, professional skills, teaching abilities, teaching effectiveness and so on. Besides, it also provides consultation service, satisfying the need of cultivating talents with JSU characteristics and teachers’ personalized professional development.
 （IV）Famous Enterprises Workstation
  “Famous Enterprises Workstation”, making use of enterprise post-doctoral workstations, national and provincial demonstrative bases of practice teaching outside Jiangsu University and other resources, reinforces cultivation of young teachers’ engineering practice ability, promotes JSU’s engineering educational level and accentuates JSU’s engineering-dominated features.
