On the afternoon of October 13, Lv Shouwei, associate professor in the School of teacher education, held an open class of "Curriculum-Ideologies-Politics" entitled teachers' professional development in 202 room of Sanjiang building, and there were undergraduate students of Educational Technology (normal) grade 21. The teaching supervisor of the school, the head of the Department of pedagogy, all the teachers in the assistant training period, and other relevant teachers participated in this course.
The course mainly focused on the teachers' emotions, explored how to cultivate teachers' love. Teacher Lv pushed students to effectively understand and internalize their new knowledge by video record and his own perception sharing.
After class, the teaching seminars, including some in-depth discussions about ideological and political teaching, teaching methods and other issues and exchanges were held with Mr. Lv Shouwei. Young teachers took the consensus that Mr. Lv's teaching content was well-prepared, the teaching method was interactive and enlightening, and the interaction between teachers and students was flexible and diverse, which fully reflected the teachers' ability. The class embodied the relationship between teachers' leading role in teaching and the cultivation of students' learning subjects.
The successful holding of this open class provides young teachers with an opportunity to learn and exchange the teaching experience, and it could have played a positive role in promoting the teaching level of young teachers in the school.
