At 3:00 p.m. on March 30, the school of automotive and transportation engineering held the 2022 teaching Salon of the school of automotive engineering on Tencent conference line. All young teachers of the automobile college participated in the teaching salon.
The teaching salon was presided over by Geng Guoqing, vice president of automotive college. Director Ding first shared with you his understanding and perception of teaching for many years, and encouraged young teachers to improve their teaching level; Then I exchanged with you the mining methods of Ideological and political elements of the course and how to integrate ideological and political elements into engineering courses; This paper discusses how to use teaching methods, mobilize classroom atmosphere and show the characteristics of engineering teaching; Taking Lin Shiyu's introduction to blackboard writing at the annual meeting of automobile clutch industry as an example, this paper explains the necessity of classroom blackboard writing in the era of new media teaching.
After the report, the majority of teachers in the college had a heated discussion and jointly discussed various problems encountered in the teaching process and how to adapt to the teaching environment and challenges of teachers under the background of new engineering.
Finally, vice president Geng Guoqing made a summary speech of the salon, pointing out that the party and government leaders of the college attach great importance to the growth and talent of teachers, especially young teachers, and expect teachers to maintain a sense of awe for teaching, strive to temper teaching skills, make persistent efforts, and strive for greater progress and achievements in teaching and learning.
